About the Role
PayNow is seeking a Junior Technical Resource based in Doha, Qatar, to join our team. This position involves supporting our technical and IT operations to ensure smooth functionality of systems.
Key Duties
- Deliver first-level technical support and assist with troubleshooting various issues.
- Help with the installation, configuration, testing, and rollout of systems.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems.
- Track technical issues, generate reports, and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support logs.
- Collaborate with senior technical teams and external vendors when required.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between zero to two years of experience in IT or technical support roles.
- Fundamental understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Qatar.
