Beeyond Tech, a forefront web development agency, invites passionate individuals interested in Human Resources to join our team as HR interns. We focus on harnessing technology to enhance business operations with innovative digital solutions spanning web development, design, SEO, and digital marketing. As an HR intern, you will collaborate closely with our HR department, gaining practical exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and organizational HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition duties such as job posting, resume screening, and arranging interviews.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Help in creating and executing HR policies effectively.
- Contribute to driving employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Take part in performance management efforts, including facilitating performance evaluations.
- Manage confidential staff information discreetly and responsibly.
- Work in cooperation with various teams on HR-related projects and tasks.

- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
