Internship Overview
This position involves working closely with the HR team in Bangalore, focusing on talent acquisition processes that cover both IT and non-IT positions. Interns can expect hands-on involvement from day one, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidate engagement, and reporting recruitment progress. This opportunity is ideally suited for MBA students specializing in HR or recent graduates desiring practical recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and non-IT roles.
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen applicant profiles to assess alignment with job requirements and conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates, ensure data integrity, and generate recruitment reports.
- Update and maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
- Support offer letter processes, documentation, and pre-joining candidate engagement.
- Contribute to other recruitment and HR-related initiatives as required.
Candidate Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
- Strong enthusiasm for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of recruitment workflows and procedures.
- Comfortable collaborating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup setting and adapt quickly.
- Immediate availability to start the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Additional Information
Work Schedule: Full-time in-office internship based in Bangalore.
Internship Duration: 3 months.
Starting Date: Candidates should be able to begin between August 27, 2026, and October 1, 2026.
Stipend: Between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000 per month.
