Key Responsibilities

• Strictly follow and promote safe work practices; promptly report near misses to the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Department.
• Manage booking of incoming deliveries according to established procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computerized inventory management systems.
• Monitor consumable stock levels across warehouse locations and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
• Prepare kits for production use, ensuring all materials are appropriately included.
• Coordinate internal transport of goods between sites.
• Organize and quantify returned materials from production for customer dispatch.
• Assemble pallets of finished products in line with customer specifications for shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements including goods-in, stock control cards, and goods-out sheets, and provide these to Quality Assurance (QA) upon completion.
• Adhere to all procedural requirements related to tasks; participate in required retraining sessions.
• Collaborate positively with other departments to ensure timely availability of batches for production or trials.
• Report any workplace defects immediately to the Safety Officer.
• Operate forklifts safely, including high bay reach trucks (Very Narrow Aisle trucks), and complete additional training as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards in all warehouse activities.
• Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
• Report deviations and non-conformances promptly to the QA team.
• Be flexible to work at other PCI Ireland locations as needed.
• Optimize racking usage and keep exterior building areas clear and well-maintained.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the company's overall mission.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• 1-3 years of warehousing experience.
• Strong ability to follow clear objectives, communicate effectively, and meet predefined targets.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; proactive and dynamic approach to challenges.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Flexible team player capable of working collaboratively.
• Possession of relevant licensure for warehouse operations.
• Fluency in English required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in supply chain management or logistics; professional experience may substitute educational credentials.
• Experience working in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools aimed at continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
