About the Role
As the Hire Controller at Speedy, the UK's foremost provider of tools and specialist hire equipment, you will be central to the operational frontline of sales and customer service. Situated at our Basildon depot, you will coordinate the entire hire journey from order intake to delivery and collection, ensuring seamless communication across depot teams and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Primarily desk-based, this role requires close collaboration with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to minimize delays and ensure customer requirements are met with readily available equipment.

- Prior experience in the hire industry or a similar sales or operational position

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00, totaling 42 hours per week.
