Estimation Executive

Role Overview

This role is tailored for professionals in civil engineering, experienced in conducting site surveys and preparing precise cost estimates for construction repair and rehabilitation projects. The position involves working closely with government and private sector tendering processes, using tools like AutoCAD and quantity surveying to develop detailed project estimations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site visits and conduct detailed surveys to gather project data.
• Carry out estimation and rate analysis for various repair and retrofitting projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD and quantity surveying techniques for accurate project assessment.
• Manage tendering processes for both government and private sector projects.
• Prepare comprehensive detailed estimates specifically for repair work orders.
• Support the formulation of bid proposals, project presentations, tenders, and overall project cost estimates.
• Deliver consistent updates on project progression and introduce new service solutions.
• Actively participate in industry conferences, trade events, and exhibitions to promote the company and broaden professional networks.

Candidate Eligibility
