Customer Support Executive

About the Role

As an Amazon Ads Consultant Associate, you will take comprehensive ownership of the advertising requirements for each seller by adopting a proactive mindset and identifying their needs through ongoing campaign optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Provide assistance to sellers registered and actively advertising on Amazon's platform.
• Track and analyze the performance of live advertisements via light account management services.
• Ensure prompt resolution and escalate any issues faced by sellers and merchants.
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude representing the company and skillfully handle sensitive matters.
• Demonstrate solid time management by working independently while following policies and procedures.
• Support a cooperative team environment by offering help to colleagues during difficult interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; preference is given to candidates with a management degree.
• Candidates without management degrees should have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, E-commerce, Customer Support, Ads Sales, Digital Advertising, or Cold Calling.
• Certifications in Ads platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Amazon Ads are advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hindi skills are required; knowledge of any regional language is a plus.
• Strong computer and internet proficiency is essential.
• Upholding workplace hygiene standards through compliance measures is required.

Additional Details

• Job Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (General Shift)
• Working Days: 6 days per week, with Sunday off
• Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month
