Role Overview

The Team Leader position is crucial within the store's leadership group, collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure a top-tier customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Age 19: 90% of adult hourly rate
• Age 18: 80% of adult hourly rate
