Low-Code Engineer

Job Overview

This role involves designing, redeveloping, and migrating an enterprise Intranet Portal to the Whole-of-Government (WOG) SharePoint Online platform. The new portal aims to boost internal collaboration, optimize business processes, and enhance information management within the agency.

Core Responsibilities and Skills

• Design and develop enterprise-level intranet solutions utilizing SharePoint Online with a focus on site structure, content management, and enhancing user experience.
• Create automated business workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to improve organizational efficiency and integrate with existing systems.
• Manage and configure low-code environments, including business rules engines, workflow orchestration, process logic, data validation, user interface flows, and responsive layouts within the Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online ecosystem.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of low-code and no-code development practices, promoting rapid application development, enabling end-user development, and enforcing governance standards for the platforms.

Additional Valuable Experience

• Implementing generative AI technologies and integrating artificial intelligence features into business applications and automated workflows.
• Collaboration experience with governmental organizations, including awareness of public sector compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications, such as those related to Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure.
• Expertise in data integration techniques, API creation, and connecting with third-party systems.
