Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Full-Stack Engineer dedicated to crafting superior software applications. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering solutions that delight customers, emphasizing software craftsmanship, agile methodologies, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality software applications.
• Enhance software quality through Extreme Programming (XP) techniques such as code review and unit testing.
• Follow principles of the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto.
• Create architectural and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify and elaborate user stories.
• Assist QA teams with test automation efforts and bug resolution.
• Work closely with DevOps to automate build and release processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational background includes a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Version control experience with systems like Git.
• Frontend development skills in ReactJS, TypeScript, and mobile platforms (Swift for iOS, Android).
• Backend development expertise in Ruby on Rails (RoR), Node.js, Java/Kotlin, Python, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Pega, Appian, or Microsoft Power Apps.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Extreme Programming.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
• Experience with cloud and platform-as-a-service environments like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Heroku.
• Proficiency in serverless architectures and containerization using Docker or similar technologies.
• Exposure to CI tools such as Bamboo and TeamCity.
