Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics including shipping, warehousing, and distribution throughout the Middle East and Egypt.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and carriers to guarantee punctual and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Track and improve logistics performance indicators such as delivery punctuality, freight expenses, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure all activities comply with Saudi customs, import/export laws, and Grundfos quality criteria.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and planning teams to synchronize logistics with demand forecasts.
• Drive ongoing process improvements aimed at boosting supply chain efficiency and minimizing costs.

Candidate Profile

• Detail-focused professional with strong analytical abilities and extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern trade and customs regulations.
• Proven success in enhancing operations within complex supply chain environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum five years of logistics or supply chain experience, especially within the Middle East and Egypt markets.
• Expertise in Saudi customs protocols and compliance with import/export regulations.
• Proficient with ERP platforms, preferably SAP, and other logistics management software.
