Role Overview

The position of Blockchain Specialist is designed to advance blockchain research, market assessment, business strategy formulation, and consulting activities focused on Web3, cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and cutting-edge technology markets. This is a fully remote, salaried role based in Singapore that concentrates on blockchain innovation, Web3 ecosystems, cryptocurrency market research, digital transformation, and blockchain-based business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on blockchain markets, Web3 ecosystems, cryptocurrency trends, digital assets, decentralized applications, and the uptake of emerging technologies.
• Stay informed about developments in blockchain networks, decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenized assets, smart contracts, cryptocurrency platforms, regulatory updates, and enterprise-level adoption.
• Support the analysis of blockchain use cases, market opportunities, digital transformation trends, operational models, and implications for business strategy.
• Develop blockchain research documentation, market intelligence updates, ecosystem summaries, strategic briefs, and materials for consulting purposes.
• Monitor activities within crypto markets, emerging Web3 startups, blockchain infrastructure, digital asset platforms, enterprise technologies, and innovation sectors.
• Assess opportunities across blockchain applications including Web3 infrastructure, tokenized assets, DeFi, stablecoins, smart contracts, and crypto-native products.
• Collaborate with colleagues on consulting projects, research efforts, strategic planning, stakeholder communications, and transformation roadmaps.
• Maintain well-organized research files, market trackers, opportunity mapping, strategy notes, and collections of blockchain intelligence.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated strong passion for blockchain technology, Web3, cryptocurrency markets, digital transformation, business strategy, and emerging technological fields.
• Knowledge of blockchain networks, cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, Web3 ecosystems, consulting engagements, or business strategy research.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals including wallets, transactions, smart contracts, token utilities, digital transformation concepts, and Web3 business models.
• Familiarity with market research tools, blockchain explorers, cryptocurrency analytics platforms, DeFi dashboards, presentation software, or consulting methodologies is advantageous.
• Excellent research, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, organization, and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to articulate complex blockchain and Web3 subjects in clear terms to both business professionals and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup while managing diverse research, strategy, and advisory responsibilities.
• Prior experience in consulting, strategy, cryptocurrency research, fintech, digital transformation, market research, organizational development, or Web3 initiatives is beneficial.

Compensation

The annual salary is between SGD 105000 and SGD 115000, dependent on candidate experience.
