Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive online lessons in different Arabic dialects tailored to student needs.
• Develop strong rapport with students and understand their individual language goals.
• Prepare thoroughly before each session to meet or exceed students' expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress daily, reporting to supervisors accordingly.
• Create and update professional and engaging teaching materials.
• Manage daily scheduling of student sessions using calendar applications.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and administration to uphold company standards and serve clients effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent command of both verbal and written English.
• Fluent Arabic speaker and writer, including proficient typing skills.
• Experience teaching languages, with knowledge of multiple Arabic dialects considered advantageous.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible hours that accommodate student availability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams), Excel, PowerPoint, and interactive tools like Kahoot.
• Engaging and positive personality with strong presentation and interactive teaching techniques.
• Effective communication skills for motivating students and maintaining strong client relationships.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in education, translation, languages, or related fields.
• Teaching diploma or formal teaching qualifications are a plus.

Experience

• At least one year of language teaching experience.
