Job Overview
We are seeking an Accessibility Test Engineer to join our Chennai team at Squash Apps. This role requires leadership skills and hands-on experience with testing electronic document formats. You will be responsible for managing a team while ensuring thorough testing of various document types and formats, focusing particularly on accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team consisting of 4 to 5 members, managing their activities and progress.
- Conduct comprehensive testing on document formats such as PDF, PowerPoint (PPT), Word, and EPUB formats.
- Perform document testing as a primary responsibility (excluding remediation tasks).
- Execute proof of concept (POC) testing for document accessibility and quality assurance.
- Prefer candidates with experience in web and mobile document testing; considered an advantageous addition.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 3 to 4 years of focused experience exclusively in document testing.
- Proven experience handling a small team is essential.
Additional Details
The position offers a salary budget of up to 9 Lakhs per annum.
