Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-caliber mobile applications for clients across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
• Enhance product quality by incorporating containerization and continuous integration to foster a streamlined DevOps approach.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, analysis, scoping, and estimation.
• Research and apply new technologies to keep projects innovative and current.
• Exhibit professional maturity, motivation, and leadership while promoting positive change within the team.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and continuously improve processes.
• Mentor teammates to maintain high standards of quality and accountability.
• Develop strong client relationships to understand requirements, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
• Uphold compliance with data security protocols and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least six years of software engineering experience within an enterprise setting.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles with a commitment to clean, maintainable code and industry best practices.
• Broad proficiency across multiple technologies and adaptability to new frameworks as needed.
• Experience in architecting and structuring small-scale projects in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities with a commitment to ongoing process improvement.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to operate across various technical environments and tooling setups.
• Support for a hybrid work model involving on-site presence approximately two to three times per week.
