It identifies what a workforce is capable of, what skills they need to acquire, and bridges this gap through tailored coaching and content. Currently in its early stage, OneGuru is expanding rapidly and is already operational with enterprise clients.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the OneGuru platform launch, managing timelines, dependencies, and ensuring discipline across engineering, design, data science, and product teams to meet shipping deadlines. This position does not involve deciding on deliverables—that responsibility lies with the Product Manager. Instead, it focuses on ensuring committed features are delivered, risks are identified early, and trade-offs are promptly surfaced for decisions.

This role is best suited for those with experience in managing complex, technical projects rather than isolated feature launches or non-technical initiatives. The position requires high visibility, ownership of the roadmap, release presentations to all stakeholders, and influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority. AI integration into project management processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct delivery activities within an Agile framework, including management of sprints, backlog health, velocity, and clearly defined completion criteria.
• Manage the overall launch timeline by mapping all work streams such as engineering, design, data, integrations, and compliance, establishing achievable milestones, and tracking weekly progress.
• Utilize AI to plan and forecast project schedules, identify dependency and risk patterns beyond traditional spreadsheets, and provide realistic completion projections.
• Oversee release management by ensuring all functions are prepared, and that launch dates, contents, and impacts are communicated well in advance.
• Present release details and progress updates to diverse stakeholders, including engineering teams, leadership, and customer-facing groups.
• Maintain a single source of truth for project planning, including roadmaps, parking lot items, deferred requests, and corresponding decisions.
• Coordinate collaboration across multiple functions without direct reporting lines to unblock stalled efforts.
• Proactively manage risk and changes by identifying potential schedule deviations in advance, presenting trade-offs, and revising plans when project scope shifts.
• Provide timely status updates on project health, highlighting progress, blockers, and decision needs without prompting.
