Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the complete delivery cycle of learning and content creation projects. The position involves managing several projects concurrently, coordinating amongst instructional designers, subject matter experts, media teams, and delivery units to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality requirements.

This role requires a hands-on, execution-oriented approach with strong foundational project management skills and proven ability to work with Microsoft Project software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and expected deliverables
• Facilitate coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and implement proactive resolution strategies
• Guarantee on-time delivery that aligns with budget, scope, and quality standards
• Maintain clear communication channels with internal teams and client representatives
• Provide regular updates, forecasts, and detailed project reports
