Job Overview

Grange Group Recruitment is on the lookout for skilled pipelayers to join ongoing civil and underground services projects based in Darwin. This opportunity offers steady, long-term employment spanning over 12 months with very competitive pay rates. Immediate commencement is possible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain HDPE pipes for water supply and sewer systems, including stormwater drainage lines.
• Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of water mains to verify system integrity and optimal operation.
• Replace outdated water mains and fit new pipeline installations.
• Install new sewer pipelines along with the necessary associated infrastructure.
• Engage in various civil construction and underground services projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in civil or underground services, particularly with HDPE piping and water or sewer infrastructure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety standards and site compliance obligations.
• Availability to work from Monday through Saturday, with a half-day on Saturday.
