Overnight Associate

Position Summary

This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service through managing tasks related to receiving and moving merchandise efficiently from trailers to the sales floor. The Associate will partake in unloading trailers, transferring pallets to the sales area, and assisting in merchandise processing — all conducted within a safe and tidy workspace. The team operates collaboratively to plan and execute duties strategically aligned with workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor prior to store opening.
• Merchandise products, set displays, and manage signage for featured items.
• Unload merchandise shipments in real-time during overnight shifts.
• Focus heavily on labelling and organizing products within backroom bins and stock areas, which distinguishes this role from day and evening fulfillment positions.
• Move pallets containing merchandise between the backroom and sales floor as part of overnight processes.
• Support stocking activities on the sales floor as assigned, including assisting customers when necessary.
• Label sales floor areas to prepare for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, completing safety inspection logs, and ensuring display fixtures are secure.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.75 per hour.

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
