Operation Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an Operation Executive to join Vision Entech Private Limited located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate is any graduate with practical skills in MS Word, Excel, Email handling, Billing, and familiarity with Tally software. This role involves active cooperation between Sales, Purchase departments, and Principal Companies to ensure smooth stock management and order processing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales and Purchase teams to confirm stock availability and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage accurate data entry and upkeep of master databases for customers, prospects, and leads.
• Coordinate and verify orders with Principals and align with Sales strategies.
• Update monthly material requirements on the Principal portal after Sales team discussion.
• Communicate with Principal Companies regarding material supply, order progress, and dispatch tracking.
• Generate E-Way Bills, collaborate with Logistics for shipments, and monitor dispatch status.
• Ensure LR copies and dispatch information are promptly forwarded to customers.
• Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain thorough documentation and proper filing of invoices and associated records.
