Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests throughout the Petstock retail and support office network, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Administer work orders while coordinating with contractors, service providers, landlords, and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee maintenance activities to confirm adherence to agreed service levels.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of preventative maintenance and essential service programs.
• Maintain maintenance management systems, keep accurate records, and prepare reports.
• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with both internal teams and external service providers.
• Analyze maintenance performance data and suggest improvements for ongoing efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply strictly with safety regulations, occupational health and safety guidelines, and applicable building standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, property management, operations, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with skill in handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive attitude coupled with a focus on finding practical solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in administrative tasks.
• Adept at building constructive relationships with contractors and cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience collaborating with service providers, tradespeople, landlords, or property managers is highly valued.
• A strong commitment to safety, continuous process improvement, and delivering excellent service outcomes.
