About Petstock
Petstock is driven by a passion for pets, aiming to positively impact pets, people, and the planet across Australia and New Zealand. As part of this mission, we seek an organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance requests throughout the Petstock retail and support office network, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Administer work orders while coordinating with contractors, service providers, landlords, and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee maintenance activities to confirm adherence to agreed service levels.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of preventative maintenance and essential service programs.
- Maintain maintenance management systems, keep accurate records, and prepare reports.
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with both internal teams and external service providers.
- Analyze maintenance performance data and suggest improvements for ongoing efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply strictly with safety regulations, occupational health and safety guidelines, and applicable building standards.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, property management, operations, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with skill in handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive attitude coupled with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision in administrative tasks.
- Adept at building constructive relationships with contractors and cross-functional internal teams.
- Experience collaborating with service providers, tradespeople, landlords, or property managers is highly valued.
- A strong commitment to safety, continuous process improvement, and delivering excellent service outcomes.
