Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record; advanced degrees such as Masters, MBA, or PhD are highly regarded.
- Minimum five years of business management experience with proven high performance and significant accomplishments in relevant roles.
- Deep industry knowledge in areas like oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, retail, public sector, government agencies, law, engineering, medicine, health, banking, and finance.
- Strong functional expertise encompassing strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing, and sales.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities capable of unraveling complex challenges effectively.
- Excellent logical reasoning and creative thinking skills paired with quantitative aptitude.
- Proactive initiative-taker who is eager to innovate, generate opportunities, and accept calculated risks.
