Role Overview

Seeking a full-time Video Editor to join our on-site team in Jamshedpur. The person in this role will handle the transformation of raw video clips into captivating, polished content tailored for multiple platforms, all while ensuring compliance with brand standards and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and trimming raw footage to craft cohesive videos.
• Adding transitions, visual effects, and applying color grading to enhance visual quality.
• Integrating audio tracks, motion graphics, and other visual components effectively.
• Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to comprehend project briefs and propose visual ideas.
• Delivering final videos on schedule while managing digital assets efficiently.
• Maintaining a structured workflow and keeping up with the latest editing trends and methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Video Editing and Production processes for assembling and refining footage.
• Competency in Video Color Grading to ensure mood and visual consistency.
• Experience designing and incorporating Motion Graphics and other graphic elements.
• Familiarity with prominent editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalents.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, embrace feedback positively, and work effectively within cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing prior video editing and motion graphics projects.
