Installation Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join a proactive engineering team engaged in deploying automated warehousing solutions, robotics, and advanced automation devices across Ireland. This role involves working on significant projects for top multinational clients in fast-paced manufacturing and logistics settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation of automated storage and robotic equipment at various customer locations nationwide.
• Execute mechanical assembly, installation, and electrical tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Interpret and utilize technical schematics and installation blueprints.
• Support equipment testing, commissioning, and resolve any operational issues.
• Ensure meticulous quality and workmanship throughout installation work.
• Strictly follow site-specific health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers, project supervisors, and site teams to guarantee timely project completion.

Essential Requirements

• Proven background in mechanical and electrical installations.
• Strong hands-on engineering aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience preferred in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or construction sectors.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
• Availability to travel across Ireland and accommodate overnight stays as needed.
• Possession of a valid, clean driving licence.
• Demonstrated dedication to maintaining high health and safety standards.

Training & Development

• Complete training will be provided, including certifications for working at heights, MEWP operation, forklift driving, and confined space awareness.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary of €50,000 per annum.
• Annual performance bonus up to €35,000.
• Company-provided Hyundai Tucson commercial vehicle.
• Standard work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
