Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to serve as the Co-Working Space Manager. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workspace, enhancing business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities of the co-working space.
- Drive business expansion and revenue growth for the workspace.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Oversee financials including profit and loss for the co-working unit.
- Ensure financial accountability and profitability of the workspace unit.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Co-Working Space Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle operations and revenue generation for the unit.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 58000 to 68000 INR.
