About the Role
Leon Job Solutions is hiring an Agency Development Manager for reputed insurance companies including Kotak Life and Max Life Insurance. This position is focused on leading a team of advisors to effectively increase insurance product sales in the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of insurance advisors to drive sales growth.
- Actively engage in field activities to supervise and support the team.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and meet sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales or the insurance sector is preferred for better understanding and effectiveness.
- Applicants should preferably be local to Pune, Maharashtra.
Compensation and Career Growth
- CTC is approximately ₹4.5 lakhs per annum, inclusive of fixed salary and incentives.
- Salary range for the position is ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
- Opportunity for up to five promotions within a single year.
