We Are In Collective is seeking a Graphic Designer who not only creates visually appealing graphics but also ensures each design communicates effectively. This position involves working on a range of projects including brands, ideas, and campaigns, focusing primarily on design craft without unnecessarily complex role definitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and effective design solutions based on project briefs.
• Engage in branding, visual identity development, art direction, and creative thinking according to personal skills and interests.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Video editing and motion content creation to complement graphic design work.
• Artistic abilities such as drawing, illustrating, sketching, or creating original artwork, which especially benefit brand development efforts.
• Strong language skills ensuring correct spelling and clear communication in English, with attention to detail to avoid post-publication errors.
• Application of common sense in all aspects of the role.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Understand design principles beyond mere software operation.
• Ability to interpret briefs and add personal creativity and insight.
• Demonstrate curiosity, proactive effort, accountability, and readiness to learn from mistakes.
