Delivery Driver

Overview

Domino's is seeking delivery drivers who value flexibility and customer satisfaction. This position is suitable for those wanting full-time work, part-time shifts, or additional income. Candidates will enjoy working in a dynamic environment delivering delicious pizza while meeting high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer purchases both in-person and via phone orders.
• Prepare menu items and maintain ingredient stocks in storage, production, and refrigeration areas.
• Clean equipment and workspace daily ensuring sanitary conditions.
• Distribute promotional materials to support marketing efforts.
• Communicate politely and effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to a vehicle insured and suitable for delivery tasks.
• Proficient with navigating maps and locating addresses within delivery zones.
• Capable of handling deliveries through challenging terrain such as multi-story buildings.
• Comfortable driving under adverse weather conditions including rain, snow, sleet, high winds, and hail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adhere to Domino's uniform and image guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Committed to maintaining high quality control under fast-paced circumstances.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with or without a calculator.
• Able to make accurate change and input orders using computerized systems.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions promptly.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing for most work shifts.
• Walk briskly or run safely between store, vehicle, and delivery points.
• Occasionally lift weights up to 30 pounds; rarely up to 50 pounds.
• Carry packages of varying sizes and weights during deliveries.
• Occasional ladder use for cleaning, signage changes, and maintenance tasks.
• Navigation of five or more flights of stairs during deliveries as necessary.
• Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching related to product preparation and cleaning.
