Job description
Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer to animate and bring to life brand identities and product experiences. This full-time remote role involves creating dynamic motion graphics spanning product UI animations, brand films, social media content, and advertisements, transforming static designs into compelling visual narratives.
Key Duties
- Create motion graphics for branding, marketing campaigns, and product user interfaces.
- Animate UI motion specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure precise implementation.
- Develop reusable animation systems and libraries to streamline production.
- Storyboard and work closely with creative leads to interpret project briefs effectively.
- Apply sound design and perform basic video editing for short-form video assets.
- Maintain well-organized project documentation and asset repositories.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in motion design within agency or in-house environments.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe After Effects; knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is advantageous.
- A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating experience across brand, product, and advertising motion projects.
- Familiarity with Lottie and processes for motion handoff to development teams.
- Solid grasp of animation principles, timing, and an eye for typography and visual design essentials.

- Open to feedback with the capability to iterate efficiently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with practical judgment on design completion standards.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary between $65,000 and $105,000 (USD equivalent), dependent on experience, credentials, and location, along with benefits including:
