Role Overview
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for overseeing the day shift operations, ensuring timely truck departures and deliveries, and addressing issues promptly. Your duties include coordinating trips, monitoring loading and unloading processes, and maintaining professional communication with drivers managing both fixed weekly and daily planned lanes.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage drivers' working hours effectively
- Ensure drivers are well-informed about locations, delivery deadlines, and operational procedures
- Offer assistance to drivers in solving operational challenges
- Notify management and clients about any delays or potential operational risks
- Verify trucks arrive at loading and unloading points as scheduled
- Plan and adjust transport routes to guarantee on-time deliveries
- Maintain organized and professional communication channels with drivers and principal clients
- Facilitate clear communication between team members and managers
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dispatch, transport coordination, or logistics dispatch within fast-paced environments
- Background in the transportation sector
- Knowledge and experience with GPS and navigation systems
- Preference given to candidates with experience in European transport markets

Additional Information
The role requires presence at the office from 08:00 to 14:00, after which you will remain accessible by phone until the night shift assumes responsibility.
