Caustic Operator

Job Overview

We invite applications for the role of Caustic Operator at Bluewings Consultancy, based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. This position involves operating machinery within engineering production with a focus on quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Hold a minimum of two years of experience working as a machine operator in an engineering environment.
• Operate machines and effectively use measurement instruments including calipers and micrometers.
• Comprehend and implement production processes by interpreting blueprints, drawings, and manuals accurately.
• Maintain strong analytical abilities with precise attention to detail.
• Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace while adhering to standardized workflows and safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure machinery is in proper condition and ready for use.
• Carry out housekeeping and sanitation duties to maintain a clean work environment.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Familiarity with documentation processes and production scheduling.
• Understanding of abnormal condition handling and 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) management principles.
• Capability to coordinate effectively within a team.
• Operational knowledge of measuring instruments and manufacturing processes involving dies and tools.
• Knowledge and skill in design, drawing interpretation, die manufacturing, and steel used for dies.
• Experience with VMC/CNC machine operations and tool handling techniques.
