Position Overview
The Architect will be based full-time on-site in Vadodara. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and executing architectural assignments. Daily tasks involve creating conceptual and detailed architectural designs, preparing all necessary drawings and documentation, coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultant teams, and ensuring adherence to relevant building codes and regulations. The role also requires working alongside project managers and clients to clarify and evolve project requirements, conducting site visits and inspections, and resolving design or construction challenges.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proficiency in architecture and architectural design encompassing concept creation, spatial planning, and detailed technical drawing.
- Experience with architectural software development and integration, particularly BIM tools, CAD platforms, and seamless interoperability among design software.
- Basic project management skills, including schedule maintenance, stakeholder liaison, and progress tracking.
