Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-premise role based in Aluva for an Architect. The selected candidate will take charge of crafting and developing architectural blueprints, working closely with clients to fully comprehend their requirements, and overseeing construction activities to guarantee the projects are finalized within set schedules and budget constraints. Duties include harmonizing architectural concepts with broader project needs, assuring both functional and aesthetic quality, and complying with industry regulations and safety norms.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Expertise in architecture and architectural design, capable of producing comprehensive and innovative building plans.
• Proven experience in project management, adept at managing deadlines, finances, and coordinating among various stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate architectural designs seamlessly with project objectives to ensure practical functionality and coherence.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling, visualization technologies, and architectural software applications.
• A bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, a creative approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities.
• Prior experience in construction management and knowledge of building codes and regulations is advantageous.
