Job Overview
We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals for full-time retail associate roles at Hobby Lobby. This position offers an engaging work environment in a fast-paced, team focused atmosphere where employees' dedication and accomplishments are recognized and rewarded.
Work Schedule and Departments
The store operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and remains closed on Sundays. Associates may be scheduled to work evenings and weekends as required. Departments within the store include Art, Crafts, Custom Frames, Fabrics, Floral, and Hobbies.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate maturity and a strong motivation to succeed.
- Availability to work some nights and weekend shifts is mandatory.
- Previous experience in crafts or hobbies is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting hourly wage ranges from $20.15 to $21.15.
