Work Details

This position involves hourly store management duties. The standard workweek ranges from 40 to 48 hours, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including two evenings of closing the store and every other Saturday. Regular store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the store closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
• Assist in creating attractive and effective merchandise displays.
• Possess basic computer skills to support daily operations.
• Show eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness.
• Provide previous work references.
• Some prior management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting hourly pay ranges from $20.15 to $21.15.
