Role Overview

The position requires an adept and methodical Program Manager to join the Creators & Programs team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and delivering compelling programs and initiatives that support both creators and partners.

Key Duties

• Conceive and execute engaging programs and projects tailored for creators and partners.
• Create comprehensive program structures, timelines, and assemble required resources.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with creators, partners, and various internal departments.
• Manage program content, schedules, and materials customized for target audiences.
• Coordinate seamlessly with design, content, operations, and community teams to ensure flawless program delivery.
• Monitor the progress of initiatives by tracking key performance indicators and conveying insights to leadership.
• Forge and sustain robust relations with external stakeholders and participants.
• Explore and recommend new avenues for program expansion and enhancement.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in program management, ideally within creative sectors, media, event management, or digital platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English is requisite, while Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and managing program finances.
