Role Responsibilities

• Providing personalized, one-on-one care inside clients' homes
• Supporting clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Assisting with personal care activities including medication management and meal assistance
• Accompanying clients outside the home for errands such as grocery shopping and other activities

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum education of 8th grade completion
• Previous caregiving experience is required
• Must have access to reliable, insured transportation
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including organization and state-mandated training
• Compliance with applicable state background screening regulations

Compensation and Benefits

Starting wage is $13 per hour, with weekly pay schedules. Detailed compensation packages—including benefits, bonuses, and time off—vary depending on state and location and will be fully explained during the interview process.
