About the Role
We invite experienced candidates to join Tata Consultancy Services as Oracle HRMS Developers located in Kolkata. Ideal applicants will possess over seven years of expertise in Oracle HRMS technologies, focusing on Oracle EBS HRMS R12 and its various modules including Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and SSHR. Candidates should also be proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and have hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS APIs, XML/BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and aspects of data migration and integration including Workday, SuccessFactors, and Taleo.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS applications and modules, particularly Payroll and Absence Management.
- Leverage Oracle HRMS APIs for system enhancements and integration.
- Design XML Publisher/BI Publisher reports and develop interfaces for data flow between systems.
- Manage data conversions and migration activities with a focus on accuracy and integrity.
- Create and optimize Fast Formulas to meet business logic needs.
- Develop and maintain concurrent programs, data fixes, and perform performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
- Participate in SIT (System Integration Testing) and EIT (Enterprise Integration Testing) processes.
- Utilize AOL framework for application object management and workflow development utilizing AME and Web ADI tools.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and third-party platforms including Workday, SuccessFactors, and Taleo.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle HRMS development.
- Expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS R12 modules and related technologies.
- Strong command of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and HRMS APIs.
- Experienced in XML Publisher, BI Publisher, and report development.
- Skilled in interface and conversion development and data migration processes.
- Knowledgeable in Oracle Forms and Reports as well as Application Object Library (AOL).
- Experience with Fast Formula development, Payroll, and Absence Management modules is preferred.
Additional Information
Position based in Kolkata, West Bengal requiring onsite presence. The role demands strong analytical skills and capability to work on complex integrations and customizations within Oracle HRMS suite.
