Job description
Role Summary and Expectations
We are seeking a skilled AIMS Implementation Engineer with a background in chemical engineering or an equivalent field. Candidates should possess experience in refining technology or comparable chemical process engineering environments. A solid understanding of refining unit operations and related process calculations, such as those involving heat exchangers, distillation, fluid flow, and reaction principles, will be highly advantageous.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Experience using PI Asset Framework and Palantir platforms is considered a bonus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including handling complex spreadsheets. Candidates should be comfortable with functions like Lookup & Reference, Text manipulation, Logical operations, and basic Statistics. Knowledge of VBA programming is an added advantage.
Professional and Communication Skills
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing several tasks concurrently while adhering to schedules. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred. Strong technical communication abilities are required to effectively collaborate with unit engineers and squad members, ensuring efficient issue resolution and solution delivery.
