Estimation Proposal Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer with at least five years of expertise in the water and wastewater treatment sector. Candidates should hold a diploma or BE degree and possess substantial technical knowledge related to designing, estimating, and creating proposals for projects involving water and wastewater treatment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop competitive and compelling proposals.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals covering water and wastewater systems, including Reverse Osmosis Plants, Desalination Plants, Demineralisation Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) for diverse industrial and municipal applications.
• Draft and submit detailed technical documentation such as project specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and adherence compliance documents, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Design and evaluate water and wastewater treatment configurations, including preparation and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and layout plans.
• Utilize AutoCAD for producing and revising technical drawings, which is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment project estimation and proposal preparation.
• Educational qualifications in diploma or Bachelor of Engineering disciplines.
• Strong technical aptitude for system design and proposal development.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software is considered advantageous.
