About the Role
Join Alzheimer’s Queensland at their Upper Mount Gravatt location as a full-time Rostering Coordinator supporting high-quality home care services. This position involves managing staff schedules, handling shift adjustments, and ensuring timely care delivery in a dynamic, community-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer staff rosters across community care programs.
- Oversee leave applications, shift modifications, and urgent coverage needs.
- Coordinate communications among staff, clients, and internal departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal teams and service users.
- Optimize scheduling for operational efficiency while prioritizing quality care outcomes.
- Support the team to guarantee consistent and dependable service provision.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably within aged care or community services.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Team-oriented with a readiness to assist colleagues as needed.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Detail-focused with effective time management skills.
- Familiarity with Visual Care software or analogous tools is advantageous.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
