Core Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analytics and workforce planning initiatives by developing and implementing sophisticated statistical and predictive models to improve human capital efficiency, minimize staffing costs, and boost overall organizational productivity.
- Drive strategic workforce planning by analyzing external labor market trends, internal mobility data, and labor supply-demand gaps to secure the bank’s future talent requirements.
- Design, implement, and monitor essential HR performance metrics and KPIs at both enterprise and unit levels, proactively recommending strategies when deviations from benchmarks occur.
- Create and maintain executive-level data visualization tools, including dashboards and reports covering workforce analytics, performance, absenteeism, and staffing levels to support executive decision-making.
- Construct and assess variable pay and incentive models through rigorous quantitative analysis to ensure alignment with market standards, fiscal goals, and organizational objectives.
- Develop dynamic scenario-planning and labor-costing models to provide data-driven insights for union negotiations, collective bargaining, compensation discussions, and workforce contract evaluations.
- Establish performance measurement frameworks for the HR division to demonstrate its quantitative impact and strategic value within the organization.
- Contribute to the HR division's annual business planning and budgeting processes, ensuring tracking and delivery of strategic initiatives with fiscal accountability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Economics, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related research discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in research or planning roles within large organizations.
- Prior experience in HR is considered an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, Visio, and Project.
- Experience in statistical modeling and analysis tools such as SPSS and Minitab.
- Competency in database management and adaptability to quickly learn new software tools as required.
