National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB), known as the People’s Bank, is a premier financial institution established in 1837. It caters to clients across Jamaica with a network of more than 30 digital and full-service branches and operates the largest ABM network on the island with over 300 machines. NCB is a pioneer in innovative payment solutions such as NCB ePOS—the first in the English-speaking Caribbean—enabling merchants to accept contactless and digital wallet payments. The bank is dedicated to delivering accessible, technology-driven financial services that support a wide range of individual and business customers, continually evolving to meet contemporary demands and promote financial inclusion.

  • Lead advanced analytics and workforce planning initiatives by developing and implementing sophisticated statistical and predictive models to improve human capital efficiency, minimize staffing costs, and boost overall organizational productivity.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning by analyzing external labor market trends, internal mobility data, and labor supply-demand gaps to secure the bank’s future talent requirements.
  • Design, implement, and monitor essential HR performance metrics and KPIs at both enterprise and unit levels, proactively recommending strategies when deviations from benchmarks occur.
  • Create and maintain executive-level data visualization tools, including dashboards and reports covering workforce analytics, performance, absenteeism, and staffing levels to support executive decision-making.
  • Construct and assess variable pay and incentive models through rigorous quantitative analysis to ensure alignment with market standards, fiscal goals, and organizational objectives.
  • Develop dynamic scenario-planning and labor-costing models to provide data-driven insights for union negotiations, collective bargaining, compensation discussions, and workforce contract evaluations.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks for the HR division to demonstrate its quantitative impact and strategic value within the organization.
  • Contribute to the HR division's annual business planning and budgeting processes, ensuring tracking and delivery of strategic initiatives with fiscal accountability.
