About the Role

Whitepolar Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Associates to join our team in Ahmedababd's Shyamal area. This full-time, onsite position involves working night shifts in the US IT Bench Sales and Career Consulting industry. The role focuses on assisting job seekers by understanding their career aspirations and connecting them with relevant job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with job candidates to comprehend their career needs and objectives
• Advise consultants on resume alignment and available market prospects
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client organizations
• Collaborate effectively with recruiters and vendors to facilitate placements
• Provide consistent follow-ups with candidates on interview schedules and outcomes
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and daily progress reports
• Meet set placement and engagement targets

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of US IT recruitment or bench sales preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, counseling, career advisory, or related domains
