This position involves providing customer service through chat, supporting clients in various industries including Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Technology, and more.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to customers via chat communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy in a timely manner.

• Adapt to night and rotational shifts with respective weekly offs.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Open to freshers as well as professionals with a minimum of 6 months work experience.
• Immediate joining availability is preferred.
• Willingness to work night or rotational shifts as required by the job.

Additional Information

• This is an on-site position based in Chennai, India.
• One-way cab transportation service along with a transport allowance is provided.
