Key Responsibilities

• Examine and assess CMS-1500 claim forms to ensure accurate billing.
• Utilize coding tools such as CCI and McKesson for claim verification.
• Confirm claim status, patient eligibility, and coverage by accessing payer portals.
• Manage accounts receivable follow-ups and denial resolution across various medical specialties.
• Apply CPT codes and modifiers with precision.
• Process claims through clearinghouse platforms including Waystar.
• Collaborate effectively with insurance payers and healthcare staff to resolve claims-related concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Physician Revenue Cycle Management and AR Calling.
• Strong knowledge of CMS-1500 claim forms and physician billing processes.
• Experience in specialties such as Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery.
• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Availability to join immediately or within a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
