Job description
Job Overview
This position involves conducting visits to customers' locations for the purpose of engaging with them regarding overdue loans or pending account payments. The role requires proactive communication with bank or company officials to report on collection activities and to maintain accurate daily field logs.
Primary Duties
- Traveling to customers' addresses to discuss settlement of outstanding payments.
- Providing regular updates to relevant bank personnel concerning the status of collections.
- Tracking and following up on late payments to achieve targeted monthly collection amounts.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must have completed at least the 12th grade. Preference will be given to those with a college degree or higher.
