Job description
Role Overview
This position involves direct engagement with customers to manage overdue loan accounts. The executive will be responsible for traveling to borrower addresses to pursue collections and ensure adherence to the bank's credit policies and recovery procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client premises to track and recover delayed loan payments.
- Collect outstanding amounts, negotiate repayment plans, and achieve set daily and monthly recovery goals.
- Communicate professionally with customers to reinforce loan agreements and emphasize the necessity of timely repayments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
- Maintain updated records of collection activities within the system and provide daily reports to supervisors or branch management.
Employment Details
This is a full-time onsite role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The monthly remuneration ranges between INR 17,000 and INR 22,600. Ideal candidates should be prepared for travel and customer interaction within the designated geographical area.
