Executive/Senior Executive, Grant Process

About the Role

Join our team dedicated to advancing workers’ employment and employability within the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). The Grant Process team manages all grant applications and claims to ensure compliance, data integrity, and excellent client experiences across the grants portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate eligibility of grant applications and authorize disbursements, ensuring accurate data entry in the system.
• Collaborate with IT and system vendors to establish workflows, manage user permissions, provide training, and support system processes including communication coordination.
• Maintain comprehensive records of transactions across systems and generate management reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to promote efficient operations and uphold high-quality client service delivery.
• Assist in grant audits, ensure compliance with PDPA policies, and resolve inquiries from various teams.
• Perform administrative tasks and undertake ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Business Management, Business IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in grants management, administration, auditing, or claims processing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with proficient problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborative team player with responsibility and proactive initiative.
